cSRO 2 problems

hey all i would like some help on csro
When i log on i only see squares and stuff and ive tried to fix it with the pk2updater
but it says i dont have the right to open it
i tried to run it as admin and in compatibility mode xp
but still it doestn work
i dont have a clue what it could be
Can anyone help me??

Ahh btw, those are google.com images by typing squares and stuff!
Show a screen with what you mean, because I know 2 kinds of squares and stuff!

opened it on my bros pc
worked
will do it every week now
