Ati Radeon HD 4890 vs GTX 275

What should i choose, i google it and i saw the performance are the same, but still im not sure since more gamers like nvidia graphic cards than ati's.

I'd take nVidia, because I don't have any experience with ATI.

4890 is the better choice. It always seems to do better than the 275,though they perform about evenly. Plus the 4890 is just about $200 now or less, havent checked since the new cards came out. Plus Nvidia are assholes that don't give a shit about customers. Thought if you go Nvidia spend the extra for EVGA or BFG. XFX is preferred for AMD/ATI.

are you out of ur mind...where u se nvidia>ATI ? for a shitload of money haha...but taking into consideration everyting ati>nvidia and as it speaks to performance ati is still > nvidia ....

Cheap = Ati
Quality = nVidia
choose. i personally prefer nVidia because they have native linux support

It's stupid to say that, cause ati isn't cheap or crap parts as i think u are trying to say, and Nvidia isn't all quality lol that's silly. I use both Ati/Nvidia in my home pc's. 2 run Nvida GTX 260 55nm and 8800gt sc both evga. And a Ati 5870 and a 3870.

Well, I have a GTX 275 and it's fine. My friend has a 4890 and it's fine, too.
