SWSRO Problem

I got the old and new swro download with october update media pk2... with the old swsro download i can start up the game but only 1 server to click on that reads in chinese or watever with N/A ?? on the side of it.... is it a time limit for US players to get on or something??.... and with the new download when I click start the sr icon pops up with a small box or ????? ???? and a OK button and when I click on it it closes out is there another media pk2 file I need besides the october one or something??
