Is the ECSRO Registration down for the public server? :?

Well the title pretty much says it all.....everytime i try to register from the register section on this site i keep getting this error

Unknown error.

From what I've heard/gathered yes, registration is down.

Easy, just put something heavy on the enter key, i get in 10-15 minutes or less

i got in after i put something on my enter key and still took me 30 mins +
