on ecsro i can log into my noob in jangan fine
however as soon as i try to login to my high level in hotan i get immediate dc
anyone know how to solve this issue?

Im currently having the same problem as u. I wanted to log on my old glaive char that stands in Hotan but it crash as soon as im logged in. If a find a solution i will let u know.

again another topic about it i still have the same problem and havent solved it yet, it didnt work for me but it worked for someone else so try to get the latest media.pk2, particles.pk2 and data.pk2, it might be there the problem (wasnt me for tho, still having immediate dcs in all chars)

For what it's worth, I got from the website the most recent media.pk2 and data.pk2, and it looks like it may have fixed the problem for me. Hope it helps.

i already got the newest media/data packs and it still doesn't work
and i tried reinstalling several times

cant help you then, since i have the same problem and haven't been able to fix it either
