ECsro even fix the problem?

I remember way back when the cap for this game was @ 60 and jSRO seems to use similar old files...
That on Xian and Aege there was duping of massive amounts of gold and SoSun Items. Joymax had to track down and eliminate them and then compensated with an XP/Gold increase event.
From a few posts I've been reading it seems the ecSRO problem was similar, as they said a "hacker" did this, not a GM. Then other posts making it somewhat clear ecSRO does not have a development team.
So did they really solve this problem or just revers what happened and just hope that some other person doesn't exploit this "hack" again?
