HELP REALLY BAD read this plz

Guys I need like a step by step process on how to apply media.pk2 english to vsro I am on vista.

Tell me if I got it right.

Step 1 - Open silkroad folder and make new folder there drag the old media into that folder.
Step 2 - get juelz, new pk2 and save it to silkroad folder , voila..

Is it right or is it wrong

Look I went and backup old download new dragged to the sro folder I started sro up and no button to start WTF.
