Issue involving vSRO silk-buying...

Okay, so I go to the website that MysticLotus suggested... I made an account and attempted to buy an eCash card for silk... The payments go through then they cancel for no apparent reason... I'm a logical person, so there obviously IS a reason I'm failing to see...
List o' possibilities?:
On my gamecardsvn.com account they require a home number and a mobile number to contact you... I put my cell for both because they don't need to be calling my house while I am not there... (I use an internet cafe to get online... It sucks living in the middle of nowhere...) Because I only have one contact number, is it possible they are canceling the orders because of that?
I am using a VERIFIED paypal account to pay them... And yes, it has sufficient funds in it... So, this couldn't possibly be the reason, could it?
According to gamecardsvn.com I have to have proxys disabled? I don't even know what those are or if I'm running them or not... How would I go about seeing to that?
