You get that when the server is full and cannot logout, because on ecsro when you press restart, you go back to the character screen, but it was obviously too full to do so.

I always get that when im restarting and servers are crowded.
Btw Tsume what OS r u using?
I thought ecsro is not compatible with versions less than XP ?
