1lvl sos
5lvl 20moving speed scrolls
8lvl sos
lvl10 exp sp scroll
lvl 16 sos
lvl 20 exp sp or moving speed scroll
lvl 24 sos
and so on....

is 1xrate but better then other noob of sro versions.

The Gm's I assume.

That "Novice" assistance system was implemented to kSRO along time ago. They basically facilitate the leveling for lower levels. Everytime you reach a certain level it tells you to go talk to the potion seller and he/she will give you a little something, for every new degree of weapon you will get a SOS, untradeable, weapon of w/e you are holding. You also get 20 100% speed increase scrolls, 100% increase in XP and SP scrolls.

I've gotten things all the way to level 32, I don't know if you continue to go beyond that.
vSRO had it also, but apparently it was only for a short period of time.
