[TOOL] Message Spammer / Flooder V4 (for PServers)

Got it on another forum..
I don't found this in the forum, and the ones I found were with the links broken.

Instructions:
1- Open Silkroad
2- Open msg spammer
3- Type what you want in msg spammer
4- Press ON on msg spammer
5- Go fast to Silkroad, click in the MSG Type Field and leave it alone.
To stop, switch FAST to the Spammer(alt + tab) and press OFF.
