when i try to execute ecsro appears that : Sorry.Failed to execute Silkroad. [Error Code 2] what should i do?

To topic starter
1. Open AVG user interface
2. Press tools
3. Take advanced settings
4. Press on Resident shield(or if its not up)
5. Press exceptions
6. Take add path
7. Find sro_client
8. Press apply, then ok
9. Restart your computer.
