when will fembria open?

I am new to ecsro, I just installed the client yesterday and it says fembria is offline. Is it under inspection or did I do something wrong? If its under inspection how long will it be -_-

It came out a week ago. Now, there are only 10x exp. It was 30x for a week, you missed it.

ok I've started playing now and I can't set to resolution to 1440x900 -_-. I'm playing on an LCD TV that uses that resolution so it looks really weird. Is there any way to change it to what to want?
edit: My characters name is Disco

Since ECSRO is running on an old client the new resolutions isnt available, so you just have to get used to the weird look, I play with 1440x900 to and the only resolution that is good is 1024x768.
