With 10x drop rate you will have NO problem with buying pots/pills. You'll even have left over gold if you just npc the items you get.
And yeah if you can afford a pick up pet, then pots and pills will be no trouble at all

AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING .. that makes me NOT to buy pills.. that i (in ecsro) have my inventory full of Drops so fast...

If you dont have problems buying pots, you dont have problems buying pills.
Regardless of if YOU are used to iSRO or not. This is ECSRO.
And your inventory fills up so fast because you are in the lower levels (if Im not wrong), and you drop stuff way faster... at Lv70~ drops arent THAT frequent. Unless you pick up every tab and elixir (accesory & shield, you dont use those since your spear) you find, and take your inventory FULL of pots, you wont have that problem.
Trust me, I grinded there and didn't have the problem of my invy getting full... also, "what one man can do, another can do"
