A scam means a way of trickery for trying to make money.

So far yet, I dont think we have asked for any money at all..

We hope the beta to be soon, things to be added to have a beta,
NPC, AUTOSPAWN MOBS, ITEM DROP, SKILLS,
only basic things like this would need to work for a beta, a beta is a test so testing what has been done so far. Then after the beta couple of weeks i would say the server would open.

But I cant give a date on the beta exactly cause i dont want to let anyone down if it doesnt happen by then.

We keep getting bugged either msn or on our Forum, about the server progress always being at 75%, what I am basically saying is do not always pay attention to that, we rarely update it, I will only update it when I feel the work is sufficient enough of 80%, server progress includes things such as adding stuff in game, hosting the server and all that. So just please be patient.

Ok guys, John here.

I understand that you feel impatient since we didnt let you hear any news lately and believe me, I don´t feel much different.
But on the other hand you have to understand that this kind of coding takes a lot of time and sometimes one can hardly give the crowd any estimated dates. It became a well-known fact that some guys were told that it´s gonna take another 1-2 months. That was an estimated amount of time and you shouldn´t get mad about that it may take longer. Also you shouldn´t take this damn 75% progress bar that serious (I think it was a good idea but I guess now we have to remove it since too many guys rely too much on that). And yes, herewith I officially say that it may take more time and that the estimated date could be wrong and because of the latest happenings I won´t give out any dates in the future concerning the opening of the server.
Now you can form your own opinion. You may think all this is a huge fake, which I would honestly understand. Or you just show some incredible patience and keep waiting for it while you keep playing official SRO or enjoying the forum and its community.
But please notice one thing: We never made one single person pay or donate for our project, so if this fails, there actually was no damage.
Now I can only hope that you believe me when I say: eSRO-Team has put really a lot of time and effort into this project and we always wanted the best for players.

I hope this explanation is sufficient.
