ECSRO ingame screen freeze

Hi
i have latest Nvidia driver
and directx 9.0c
i have GForce 8600GT
1024 DDR2
my pc is more then ok to run silkroad
and i run silkroad only when i play it

for some reason sometimes after few secs sometimes minutes its totaly random
i get my screen freeze ingame, i can still move and i hear everything working ingame and i can click system icons and skill bar and everything
but the image in the screen is frozen.

any clue?

Possible data.pk2 or media.pk2 corupted.
