Go here :
http://ecsro.net/download.phpDownload ECSRO Game Client ver. 1.091
Then download the Media.pk2 (24.11.2008)
You don't need any ip changer, because this media allows you to choose wich server to connect to. You can choose: Ecsro (normal); Ecsro (VIP) and Ecsro (Fembria) wich is pretty much like ecsro, but its new.

i downloaded media, for some reason on server list only vip was tehre

Put your
new Media.pk2 file in your ECSRO folder.... Than you should have it like this:

^ Yeah it looks like that to me, but then I pick a server, press Start and something with Lots of ???'s comes up

How I can create EcSRO Fembria account?
I already looked at ecsro.com but I can't see any thing about account registration .. there is only VIP registration, that's mean I have to pay?

If you have HOTMAIL E-Mail Adress, sometimes it fails to register so you have to try a few times or just make/use another E-mail adress(=non-hotmail)

That's just the normal ??? error I guess. Make a screenshot when you have it, and post it here.
Maybe you can try to make your pc up-2-date...
