error in creating csro account

well, i try since today morning to create a csro account.
and always when i confirm, i get this error:

could anyone tell me its meaning? and how to solve it?
or could any1 make an account for me? would be very glad if i could get help

i dont know too, i typed so many CIDs ...always get this error....

Maybe ur password is not long enough, ID not long enough, no digits in PW or ID
Not the right e-mail it could be all cases ^^
