looking for a friendly guild in cSRO

hi u all, i'm a bit bored of iSRO probs and i'd like to try cSRO again (i played there for a while, say till lvl 24 once). Anyway, playing alone is meaningless to me, so i'd like to find an english speaking guild (btw, i'm italian, speak english well and understand other western languages too). Will some1 help me?

can i join but i have vista and when i hit start button i get error code
