Depends on, I would recommend Donwang, since you can sell them for a little more money.
Though you sell them easier in Hotan.

Always sell elixers in Hotan. Always.
Just make a stall char and put elixers on that and login that char when you are done playing ... and dont forget to sell your elixers in Hotan. Always.

But seriously, in csro DW = dead, and the only people who +++ equipment are the high lvl chinese who are getting their new 10D set. I sold 10 protector elixers within 20 minutes, so I think especially prot elixers are wanted (logical, since every player has 1 weapon and 6 pieces of gear)

I use this way;
-Weapon elixers in hotan.
-Shield/Protector/Accessory elixers in donwang.
-1D->5D stuff in DW
-6D->10D in hotan

This way seems very profitable, and I tried it out for 45 minutes today, and I just made 45K...
I think it's just the spot I was, I was in the lower/right part of roc mountain and there were no botters, just legits who didn't pick up tabs and alchemy items, but they're pets did pick up armour and elixers (Not sure if it was an elixer though). So does anyone know a good spot were lots of botters are, or is it just unlucky that I made so little money? Should I have walked around the whole roc mountain? Please answer.

this guide is pretty outdated cuz the 100 cap.. all botters are in the jangan cave now

Ohyeah, guys.
This guide is outdated, and if you want to loot some money, please don't loot mine.

I had a zerk this afternoon, so I killed every mob I saw, then, when zerk ran out, I wanted to pick up the items. A low level (lv1-5) was picking it up >_>
Okay, that can happen, but after that, he kept following me.. =/
