Are people still buying elixirs (of all kinds)? What is the market price?

Some people do, and 250m per stack of 250 seems to be the average going price.

2) Haven't done much with that on this server, so I'll leave it alone

3) Buy an immortal, work toward desired plus, repeat until reached. I made a +11 nova spear in 50 or so attempts.
