lol server will be down, we got a lot of results from you guys playing, BTW WHO GOT TO LV 45! lol people were trying to bot and got instantly banned too :palm:

Theres alot of other teams with the source code now. Most of them don't get to far, but there's like an ongoing race now for who gets a perfect emulator first.

I still don't get why there were so many different projects. And why all the programmers were so stubborn about it.

jMerlin had his own project. That turkish dude had his own C# project. Then there was Zelos. Yet all three thought the other were idiots and refused to work together. All three failed.

Whatever, seems to me help is better than no help. If all three managed to get a server functioning, all three can't be complete idiots and incapable of collaborating.

The very original ones? Sold by Joymax? If it's not sold by them, they're not official, I would say. And besides, it is possible to get a contract with Joymax (just like with csro, tsro, rsro etc.) but they won't just give that to everyone, lol. First of all you have to have your own company, I guess.

Not really, you just sign a contract that you're willing to commit to the server and you will not publish the server files or else you will be sued, blah blah blah... And you give them the money, you get the server files

No offense (nothing personal) but you're very ignorant if you believe a huge company will distribute their software (game) to anybody as long as they "simply" sign a contract and accept the terms. That's just not how business works.

That being said, if you're really that sure that joymax does business like that, please do let me know some more, give me link or something. Or at least tell me from where you've heard that anybody have gotten their hands on the files THAT easy!

err, i dont mean like that. the original 90 level cap, 70 skill cap files from csro were leaked due to their poor security, and were, and still are, up for sale with a manual too on how to get it up, in cantonese of course, and not for a super high price either. thats how every strong private server (mhtc, mysro, sjsro, and through pk2 editting/some codeing, zszc, swsro, ecsro, and many other smaller ones) was made. (aka the files gaige wanted for)

Yeah, well, I can't be 100% sure that your friend aren't correct. But until he has proved it, I still believe that it's not that simple. I've never heard of any company do business like that, lol.

kekeke do you even know who I am. Anyway, about the leaked jsro server files, you can not buy them from people, they are free to download, but unless you can fully recreate their database, hack their files and add the missing files you won't be able to use them. It's not worth it anyway, they are terribly outdated.

lol the server is up BUT its localized. We are testing every aspect of guilds, currently guilds 90% working, we just need to work on war and scoring of it.

Talked with some of the other GM's already, but I would like to mention my message to you too.
I really think you should work on fixing the NPC's at Constantinople and Samarkand. It shouldn't be the hardest part, but it will help a lot (those of us who have EU builds). Also, I know that you already know this, but the hotan NPC is a bit farked up too atm.
