Could u even kill people in pvp with 100 cap with 70 skills? Surely the dmg to HP ratio is so uneven you wouldnt be able to cause enough dmg. And nukers would be stupidly weak with no decent light nukes etc......

ECSRO will probably never see new skills since they probably don't know how to add it to the server files, which is likely difficult to do in the first place.

true.
on ecsro it's even unbalanced, I think it would be better when there was 80cap on ecsro, then the skill - cap difference wouldn't be tooo big
