Are the alchemy rates better here, because i tried + some equipment and every time they success(ed), i tried up too +3 on multiple items without lucky powder/stone or anything and they all success(ed) so far.

Oh and i put some weapon elixirs in consigment for 4 millions and they were sold before i leave town, overpriced server
