As of today I have not founded in the internet, only possible way would be by getting an OS disk and going to your control panel and installing it from there, it will ask for the disk.

I got a problem when registering .. it says in korean that Residents did not match the name and number. If there is a problem, please contact Customer Center

What should i do about that?

Your KSSN is not the one that belongs to the name your are using...

maximum IDs per KSSN and matching name is 5. So your KSSN is fully used already.

I think threads with stickies can be bumped... and I don't think foreign IPs are being banned. I still have mine and is working fine.
