Yes there are a lot of English speaking people... even some of the turks know english. A grab pet is around 200-350mil and fairly easy to get if you have the money. Yes its still a fun server without spending a dime.

Just extract the first part in a folder. Rest will automatically follow.

If it still doesn't work, try turning off DEP for the launcher.
