It's not a matter of hosting a good server or not. You could run the best server in the world but you would still be open to DDoS attacks. It's a matter of if your host is secure or not, which clearly, there's isn't. Even multi-billion dollar companies suffer DDos Attacks, but many of them have security good enough to block it.

They probably have the cheapest host they can find, which doesn't offer advanced security such as IPS.

A server DDOS protection that actually works costs about $8500 per month! Yep, per month. And that's per server. So yeah, it's hella expensive.

Lempi since you are training administrator can you go to hotan fortress and start making behemoths to make it easier on us 100's to item farm on thieves? He is near the tax management npc. He would be the one furthest south. Just give me a total you spend and I will reimburse you.

I need some 'hemoths soon too, since I'm switching to trader and need some vessels to get it going with a bang ^.^, only 500k per 9? set me up for about 3m worth to start out lol.

Well it's only around 500k, but it also takes 17 hours. I'll get Cb to gimmi storage auth and then I can stick a load of them in there once they're done.

Came home from work, grinded from 65-72. At 69 Deadfear, Jerk, and I were at 78/80 mobs kicking ass as tanks and clerics. =]

After you went to bed, I found a plwl at Jangan caves. Got a level before server crashed (prolly DDoS again). :sohappy:
