creating a csro account

1.how do i create a cid? in the guide for downloading and making csro english it says you need a cid. however after downloading the cid generator i have to choose whit what program i want to open it. however no matter what program i choose it always only gives a strange text in something that i think is a programming language. anyone knows how to create a CID?
or could i make a csro account with an invented cid?
2.how do i type my name in chinese? i use a regular european azerty keyboard so i dont have an idea how to type my name in chinese

DL the CID generator in the tutorial and open it and generate a cid there
and just copy a chinese letter and paste as your name..

now that exactly my problem the cid generator given by defiance in the tutorial doesnt work. either because i do something wrong or the generator isnt vista-compatible.
