Powerlevel.. Make sure you become friends with the right people and you might get free powerlevel if you are in an academy

lvl 1-60 Sonars
lvl 60-90 Rok mountain

Im only lvl 30 with lvl 1 gear, and i dont even play on the upside down ? server
im getting powerlvld

And should I be Euro or Chinese?

If you dont get powerlvl chinsese can survive longer in battle on its own
and no there arent many english speaking here
