i think it's just the caping system. kSRO has it too, if you wear cape, then people who you can attack turn red (just like the guild war in iSRO).

well this is not every other mmo, and i dont think it's a coincidence that all "murderers" are wearing cape. (and only those that are wearing a cape are red)
