ya ya, actually it has to deal with Isro too because I was under the impression that our mastery lvl will be 300 for a long time... also was told i should get the ice buffs... and at lvl 60+ that I would regret not getting it....

Do i really need the ice buffs????? O.o

Well ice is really important for int builds, idk about str builds. You can go 3 masteries (Weapon/Light/Ice) or have your weapon at 90 and put rest into ice, fire, and weapon if you want. Most builds I have seen from ksro ss, is...

 Int builds:

Pure Int/Hybrid [90 Bicheon/70 Ice, Fire, Light] *The last 3 can vary, just depends on your taste.
Pure Int/Hybrid [90 Heuksal/70 Ice, Fire, Light] *The last 3 can vary, just depends on your taste.
Pure Int [90 Heuksal, Light, & Ice]
Pure Int [90 Bicheon, Light, & Ice]

 Str builds:

Pure Str Glavie: [90 Fire & Heuksal, 60 Ice & Light]
Pure Str Glavie: [90 Light, Heuksal, Ice]
Pure Str Blade: [90 Fire & Bicheon, 60 Ice & Light]
Bow: Haven't seen many bow, but mostly pure str or int.
