i need help registering for jSRO

I think jsro got ip filter and they watch who from where plays.
At least a few got blocked from it.

And it's true, if they find out you're not from Japan, they will block you.
I'm playing JSRO for pretty long now, never got banned or blocked, but a friend of mine whom I played JSRO with, got blocked.
