I asked for an event and Monterato was kind enough to do one for the whole server. I think the server hit a record of over 20 people legits online yestarday. Was fun. We got rewarded with 4 week gold tickets.

Yeah was fun, atm there's a bug in game, you can't do anything or you get dced. Gm's announced that tomorrow they will fix it. The server is fun the community is friendly and active, even tho there are about 20 people.

I do hope the community will grow fast, and that GM's will be more in game active, and resolve bugs faster.

Actually, I'm sure they'll be up for any suggestions as to how you'd like them to be more active in-game. I mean, I see them standing around town often, taking questions from users - or making the occasional event

Dear valued players,

It seems that the disconnect issue that we are all currently experiencing isn't really a Database-sided problem. Instead, the problem seems to be that the server's write and read speed is simply too slow, which gets the GameServer module out of its "rhythm".

Luckily, this means that a new server should fix the issue.

I am ordering a new server right now, and depending on the response time from the server company, I will try to have the server back online this afternoon/evening.

I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience and ask you kindly for a bit more patience.

Once the server is back online, you will still be able to connect to the game using your existing game client as long as you edit the IP inside the client first. I'll add a guide for how to do that later.

Alternatively, you can simply download the latest client, which will be uploaded to the download section as soon as the new server is ready.

Hi, thanks. Its Sae's fault.

I am I think lvl 15? somewhere around there. I'm still unsure of my build. Spent most of my time auto-attacking with Ice. Very unsure of what is good at this cap (except STR Glaive, I've seen plenty making that which is why I dont want to just be a glaive). So yeah, tossing around ideas. I try to avoid being the same build as everyone if I can (harder to avoid in this game compared to other MMOs though).

Cold feels somewhat useless on 60 cap, also there is no snow shield. Most of the server are spears and bows I think. Also it`s the same for me, I usually try to avoid making the same build as most people on server - so I bicheon/light/fire for now.

Cold is usefull since it will take alot of time to get or most don't even take resistance to ice, etc. Pretty useful. Also it is rational if you are int in pve against giants or more mobs at the same time to use it.

I don't expect an answer from the server administrator this evening, I'll try to get the latest database on another way, though I cannot promise that it will work.

I try my very best to get the server online this evening but I can't promise that I'll succeed. In the worst case the server will be back online tomorrow afternoon.

Its unfortunate that the Phys def buff is very weak, the next book of it is when it I think becomes more viable. But I always enjoyed having a dual imbue back in the day so I'll probably give it a shot, we will see.

I was throwing the idea around of an INT Hybrid as well, but like I said Im clueless on whats viable. Even thought of doing an INT Bow, but felt like it may be suicide w/o snow shield.

S/S should do okay without snow shield.

I'm currently Fire/Light as a pure STR glaive. Still unsure if I should go with cold or force for the last tree (you can have 4, as it's only cap 60). I guess I'll just wait till near cap and see.

Spear s/s and int bow were doing fine and they are still doing fine at this moment in this server. Ice immunity can be reached sun fire shield + full accessory with ice resistance will get it down. But it will take a lot of elements to create stones and get the % to the accessory.

I was thinking - while I don't think int bow is a terrible choice (it sounds pretty fun), it just doesn't make sense over s/s or spear. Spear you have stun, knockback, and passive heukusal defenses. S/S gives you KB and shield. Bow may have knock back on the server, but it's still inferior to the other weapons when it comes to defenses. I think STR is the way to go if you're going cold bow.

True, even though bow has a stun too (they added) you're probably right.
