which one is recommended?

I just want to play and level up fast, any recommendations for a private server.
I want there to be high exp/sp rate and a high level cap.
right now im downloading suck-sro and aerowing( 2nd time, first time it didnt work).

Any insight would be appreciated and if there is already a topic of similar nature post the link
