The server is based on the vsro files.
Our GM team is not the biggest but a fair team.
We also make Events on Silkroad story based in Forum and Ingame.
We try to make the gameplay best for our Users.

+7 100%
+8 100% with magic lucky
+9 100% with magic lucky

the best plus now in the server is +21 its not easy to do

Let's assume "Anyvery" means every. Now, the flaw in your logic is that chance for enhancing the item to +11 is higher than the chance for enhancing the item to +8.

I did enough alchemy to know I haven't made a mistake. I failed +4 lol with lucky powder, no stones/prem or luck dress though so unless that's needed something is up.
