Server's up but you cant login in, and when a slot opens and you DO "log in" the captcha blocks you and you dont get in. . .

Impossible to login, even with no Dc client, the client freezes, then after I restart, it says server is undergoing inspection (which lasts for ~ 15 minutes). Any tips?

I'm 100 atm, but cannot connect. I'll be forming party at 1am today (central european time), because I cannot bother logging in yet. Maybe even later, depends how long I'll be outside.

Edit: I actually tried forming party on 109 mobs, everything went alright, but it happens mobs stop spawning. They do spawn, but then they disappear in second. Annoying when you're luring, you cannot party normally. I know when I partied on 102 mobs, that didnt happen. When does it start happening?
