Bah. Out of boredom, I checked this thing out. Logged in first try, made a wizard, levelled to 22, then ragequit because:

- There are no freaking parties for these levels. Every guy I tried to party with was either busy getting powerleveld (seriously, man, seriously?) or dismissed the party after 10 seconds either for no reason or because I -being a wizard- was stealing their kills and so on. Only nice guy I met was an Egyptian dude who gifted me his old lv18 staff.

- Reaching the farming spot (crabs, pirates, sirens) at these levels takes a lot of time. And don't tell me to party with someone and farm at those ostrichs outside Samarkand, since as I've already stated, there are no parties.

There probably was something else I meant to say, but I can't remember now. In a way or another SRO always succeeds in frustrating me. :slap:

Eh. (not Canadian) I'm leaving for Portugal tomorrow morning early (be back in a dozen days). Hope something will be coming along and either take my mind off it or give me the patience to reach a farming spot with no parties, level to 27-28 and go meet those blue ostrichs.

You shouldn't expect good parties in low levels, because the players that are good playing will reach higher levels too fast. So you should solo(yea, solo is very fast since you are wizard) till you reach an average level.

What are the prices for lvl3-4 elements?

I am around the level to collect some so I was wondering if it was worth the time.

YEa I was thinking about doing that as well, but I don't need the elements, I want to sell them.

Another question: Do the 100% scrolls, and gold/silver tickets give 16x xp/sp or 30x? Just want to make sure before I use it. I remember premiums didn't give 2x server rates on other pservers I played a long time ago, don't know if its changed.

Actually not really. That's not the "old ESRO=emulated sro" (project with npcdoom as coder, etc.), which was later renamed into Zelos.

It's another private server project, which is based on leaked files from THSRO (thai-sro). These are official files, everything is working as it should. All skills are working 100% for both euros and chinese, but the exp rate seems a little bit too high for me, especially when you consider, that the item drop rate is extremely low. You barely get any equip for your level and it makes soloing really very hard, because you'll run around with npc-equips and weapons, which is partially even outdated, as you lack the money to buy the npc equipment for your level.... :nowant: :banghead:

Might be partially true for lower levels, or if the person in question is totally inept on making money; however, once you start to slow down a bit in the solo department you make quite enough gold (hell, even before then). Even in share pts (8/8) you make quite some money.

The only real problem is alchemy (bluing not plusing since everyone and their mothers try to sell elixirs. If you solo a lot you'd get pages and pages of elixirs). Even then any competent person would just collect alchemy materials them self and would have no problem in making all the materials them self.

Just curious, around what level would you guys say party play really picks up?
Atm I have joined 3-4 pts and none were organized, just a bunch of people attacking mobs. The worst part was that the pt lvl average was 41 while sungs are only 37-38.

Ah, but is it well organized like 2 warriors, 2 wiz, 2 bards, 1 warlock, or however people prefer party set ups now.
