well its pretty much the same thing with adamant since in the only "active" people in the guild are 7x.
Our parties would be the same in Adamant and in Divinity.
We are having quite a few alternative characters around your level though. As i said, if you want to take Divinity and make your own thing, it's not really a problem.
@JustToCallYou: We just forbid any kind of power-leveling outside guild. And we restrict power-pts with people outside the guild too. That basically means, you can't go to pts at monsters more than 20 levels higher, unless the pt is lead by guild members. That way, we can allow exceptions for people, who don't have anyone else to pt with and make sure, that real pts are preferred over power pts. That means, if we have a lower level at our pt and there is a pt going on at his level range, he has to leave our pt and should join the pt with the people around his level instead. It's just to encourage real pts with same level people instead of power pts and not meant to harm anyone in any way. As long as the power pt is lead and controlled by a guild member, it's fine to have people from other guilds in it too.
We just have a "bad reputation", as we rather want pts with same level people instead of higher levels helping. I don't see anything wrong there, pts with same level people should always preferred to that ones with higher levels in it. And if you have a replacement for the higher level, it's better to explain him the situation and ask him to leave for the lower one.

Who are you anyway? XeX? You could probably join our wing tribe and chasers pt with your wizard, as there aren't any other pts around your level currently. Only if you want to of course. We are having a Lv.5X bard from our guild for chasers too.
