there aren't any good ones that i know of expect for one! Zelos Online is an emulator that is being coded from 0 too 100%. It is now currently in Open Beta with only Chinese and 60 cap. But when the game officially start, The cap will increase like the real sro did and europe will be added in a next legend. Its only a matter of time and you can play europe fully functioning.

Not that much anymore actually. It's basically online permanently, unless the GMs take it down to implement new stuff.
