Download AppLocale from Microsoft. It does the same thing basically, it's just a separate program.

Download AppLocale from Microsoft. It does the same thing basically, it's just a separate program.

I downloaded and installed, but I have no clue where it installed to.
It didn't have a directory or anything and after I completed the installation, it didn't give the option to run, so I assumed it was a background program thing.
