Maybe she's extracting both files, you don't need to manually extract every file, when you extract one it will automatically extract the other file, so the game is already installed.

This patch includes bugfixes wich were caused by the lv 105 update.

-Trading bug is fixed (Thief spawn removed lv 31~140)
-11D Item level bug is fixed
-11D SOS drop rate fixed
-Teleport cost of 200k changed back to 5k
-Lucky Magic Powder stack bug fixed
-Bugged Lv 100 Sandraider replaced with Lv 100 Uneg
-Item drops and Alchemy Tablet drops from lv 101~103 Monsters fixed, they drop now also 11D
-Roc spawn fixed (Spawning now in Roc summit)
- Mall pets are tradeable
