Never understood why it had taken so long when it could have been so easy.

Because doom is surrounded by people constantly forcing down his throat the idea that he's only a volounteer and that he shouldn't be bothered.

heh, good one, I figured it was because nearly half of the esro staff is always on hand on srf to try and bash someone elses project, instead of using that time and energy to make their own server work.

like that ng sro thing, sure it turned out to be a scam but did we really need 20 pages of flame baiting by eckoro to tell us all about it? He could have been working on his project and stfu about others...

and then This thread...its Titled Arcane project, and its basically online before esro. . .why are so many esro staffers here bashing it instead of working on their own server?

You make it sound like I'm making up some excuse to rant but I'm not. This is the reply I get from trying to encourage doom on his project:

Well, he can do it, but we are all voluntuers, we don't make this server just to make money, like some other private servers here. npcdoom has a private life too

This is like going to a F1 race and having the crowd shout out to their favourite pilot "dude don't bother going faster you'll get far like that... this isn't for the prize, this is for the sake of being a volounteer!".

Wouldn't it be nicer to have a team that supports you and encourages you than a team that constantly suggests you not to work?... Really, it would be nice to go on SRF/ESRO forums and sometimes see ESRO moderators saying "go doom go!" instead of "dude you're just a volounteer don't bother". See I'm not saying the ESRO team is that bad. They're cool guys who help you out if you go and ask them for help on something. I just disaprove their ways of supporting doom.

No it won't be the same. To play you have to download the latest client from Korean SRO and update that. Just by this I'm sure you can tell it won't be the same. eSRO if it's not fake and his project should be about the same.

Was told on their forum that their beta registration is only opened at certain times. But amazingly they don't tell when these specific times are. F'ing lame.

Current characters seemed to be bugged also. Whenever they teleport or use scroll D/C.

Characters have been fixed and server online. But the registration is still closed. It's like 10 people got an account since they didn't announce registration was open in beta forum, but some obscure turkish only forum.... And they only opened for 1.5 hours.

This is barely closed beta so far, nevermind open.

Arcane Project is extremely disappointing. This supposed Open Beta has closed registration with 300 accounts, most of those are owned by the same person.

Registration was opened for literally 5 minutes at a time. So as soon as someone posts on forum, registration is open, you check, it's closed already.

I guess I will wait for eSRO and hope when they say they have Open Beta it's Open Beta not some perverted mutant closed beta concept Lyzerk came up with.
