Can't register a Ksro account

Followed the ksro registration guide and its not working, my kssn works and everything, but I cant pass the third section where I fill out my account info, maybe I'm doing something wrong?
A error keeps popping up.

Translating the error message should help, i guess. Just use translate.google for it and everything should be fine.
