Swsro question? skills?

so i havent logged into my character for a few months i left him at lvl 89 all skills uptodate with sp to spare, so i downloaded the game installed english patch etc go onto my char and some of my skills are missing ( light nuke , ghost spear , snow sheild ) and when i try and readd them nothing happens

does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? is it a commen problem ?

this problem has been here a while and everyone has it and it doesn't seem like it going to get fixed anytime soon

does it only apply to old characters? if i start a new char or if i have a lvl 3x-5x that i pfarmed abit few months back will the same skills be missing would i have any problems?

I think it applies to all chars old or new
I was like you, I havent played for a few months and logged back to find that the new skills dont work
