This is probably nothing new to you but after today I just have the feeling I need to rant and inform anyone that doesnt know yet.
You can feel free to have this topic deleted/Locked, or you can discuss and exchange opinions. But this is what happened.
I came to Csro because I was told theres nearly no bots and easy server traffic.
I liked that Idea as i was looking to actually hang out with people and not end up in guilds or unions where most people are contstantly afk, in that case I can stay guildless too because it wouldnt make a difference.
After being in some guilds and figuring this is sadly the case i figured I wanted to make my own guild which was supposed to be legit.
I was seeking to play with people who are just as dedicated as iam.
Then old friends asked me to join Miracle server because they wanted to get a regular party going there. I went there and gave my guild into someone elses hands hoping he would do a good job.
After a few days of being on Miracle I figured my friends were backstabbers and they used me rather for their own benefits then mine. they leveled without me alot, plvld each others low chars and never let me know about it until i saw their levels were much higher than mine. I figured I didnt wanna hang out with them anymore and switched back to OceanVIP.
Being still in my guild I was kinda happy to see the people there. But this evening I figured out that even though the guild is legit and the current leader is doing a great job at the recruitment and legit part, he joined a union full of bots. not to mention alot of SRF members are in that Union. Im not gonna go about calling names because i dont wish to join that all-about-exposing-each-other game that most of you play.
However I went out to grind and saw someone from the Union botting, so i mentioned it in Union chat and somne guy said he hates bots and that they destroy the overall gameplay. I agreed to him, 30 mins later of nothing being said someone jumps in and tells us not to critize bots he openly admitted to it. This kinda felt like him telling me to start botting. I got into an argument with him about it.
If you people wish to bot. good do so, I dont give a shit because I at the end of a long grind can be proud and truly say I didnt need to cheat to get anywhere in the game.
But dont go around and advertise it and refer bots to other people and make them start aswell because if you keep that shit up csro will end just where isro is at now. even if it may be a long way to go til there, but every new person that joins botting is like you killing one inch of the game.
And if you need to advertise bots in your Union or guild then dont freaking go on SRF and proclaim your union or guild to be oh so legit when you try to recruit more members, it sickens me to see that. At least be mature and stand behind your actions and decisions.
Also if you need to advertise your bots and what not in your union and or guild, then dont go and start arguing or even insult others when they refuse to bot and keep their hands off that shit.
I honestly feel that I regret giving my guild into someone elses hands now as i see where this has gone. Like I said hes doing a good job at recruiting and stuff, but he has not managed to build or find a TRUE legit union and as crazy as the advertising for bots is over there, I wouldnt wonder if my own guild ended up using bots aswell.
You may say well this isnt joymax its CIMO and blah, but honestly, if joymax kept the bots away to begin with we wouldnt have needed to move to csro for traffic purposes or non botting purposes, since really only a very small percentage there is legit.
And you can tell me what ever you want, but im telling you, no matter what version of SRO you join they will most likely always get destroyed or messed up by the Isro bots that are sick of being unable to log in to turn their bots on and excuse it with having a real life. Cause I perfectly fine manage to live my real life and only log on to sro or any other game when i truly have time for it. your excuses for botting are epic fail.
