hi i am new to csro......and i am looking for a nice server with english players...i heard they have ocean's server....is it good?.....i also hear u get 2x exp/sp...is it all true?

I think Golden Age & Miracle exist longer than the VIP servers.

yeah, its kinda cool. I lvled from 19-21 with skill mastery at 18 all the time and it took me only 1 hour and 30 minutes in a party with 5/8 at crabs

There are lots of opportunities

Look around in the "other SRO versions" section, that will give you the answer for sure
