with the lvl 100 skills, bicheon users can put dull and stun effects??
if so than that sucks.

lvl100 chain can do, fear, dull and stun

I am not sure about private servers, but on standard servers, yes, they can pull out stun, dull and fear.. its "defensive chain", but I dont think its overpowered as I thought it will be.

One pill gets rid of Dull / Fear, only thing is stun, which cannot last more than 5 seconds.

Private servers doesnt have any weapon skills status (have stun), but i dont think that chain can stun

I just love when the char that was the former "considered overpower" changes... everyone who farmed that char for pvp / job get so pissed
