Is there a new tsro media.pk2?

Does anyone have a newer version of tsro media.pk2? The 1 in the tsro install/account walkthrew post it is missing some quests , at lvl 21 I have already ran into 3 or 4 quests that are blank (1. ) and was told it was due to out of date Media.pk2. anyone help? Thanks
