Question about the different SRO's

I understand that these versions have different languages and are updated differently but can you have a character from the original SRO and be able to login and use him on one of these SRO's?

Its probably a noob question but I couldnt find an answer.

Nope you cant.

A Char from kSRO cant be transfered to vSRO, or any other way.
