i started a new char some hours ago, should i go 90/90/90/30? what do u think, will they add snowshield?

I would say to wait. We don't know if they are adding snow up to level 70 or up to level 90. So best thing to do is to wait.

Just wait,
I'm guessing snow shield is harder to implement cuz it's a whole new serie.
